Refund Policy

1. Cooling-off Period Refund

  • Clients may request a full refund without providing any reason within 24 hours after signing the contract.

2. Refund Due to Company Fault

  • If the delivered itinerary materially deviates from client requirements (e.g., severe mismatches in planning, failure to meet agreed deadlines), clients are entitled to a full refund.

3. Force Majeure Refund

  • In cases of force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, wars) that render the itinerary impossible to execute, both parties shall negotiate to terminate the contract. Refunds will be processed based on mutually agreed terms.

4. Refund During Service Process

  • If the client requests a refund before final delivery of the itinerary, the company will deduct reasonable costs incurred (e.g., research, communication fees) and provide a detailed breakdown and valid receipts.

5. Post-Delivery Refund

  • Within 72 hours after delivery:

    • Clients may request a refund for valid reasons (e.g., significant flaws in the itinerary, factual errors in essential information).

    • Upon verification, 70% of the payment will be refunded.

6. Client Breach of Contract

  • Refunds due to client’s personal reasons (e.g., schedule conflicts, financial issues) will follow a tiered deduction policy:

    • Within 24 hours after delivery: Full refund.

    • 24–72 hours after delivery: 50% refund.

    • After 72 hours: No refund.

7. Third-Party Service Liability

Scope of Responsibility

  • This agreement covers itinerary planning and consulting services only. It does not include third-party bookings (e.g., hotels, transportation, tickets). Clients requiring such services must sign a separate Addendum Service Agreement with a risk disclosure clause. Liability for third-party services rests solely with the service providers.

Third-Party Risk Disclaimer

  • Clients acknowledge that prices, availability, and quality of third-party services (e.g., hotels, flights) are subject to change and final confirmation by the providers. The company shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, or additional costs arising from third-party services.
